The first week was wonderful. On Friday, we wrote down all of the things we did and filled the board! The students really enjoyed learning about using planners and even did a scavenger hunt with them. We played getting to know you bingo, shared our "my bags" and talked about our favorite books.
Thank you for emailing me your child's t-shirt size. I will place the order on Monday.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Thursday night's Open House.
We had a wonderful first day. The day mainly consisted of getting our supplies in order, working on procedures for our class, and getting to know one another. I am so excited to be a part of your child's education.
Students were very excited to start working in their planners. Each day we will fill out the planners together and I will initial the planner. I'd like you to sign the planner daily. I will write notes to you in the planner and you can write to me as well. The planner and the take home folder should be returned to school each day.
Please complete the required cards and papers in the Cobb County folder that went home today.

5:00-6:00 p.m. - Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Students
During Meet and Greet, parents and students will be able to go to classrooms and meet their teachers.
PTA Tiger Day will be on August 7, 3:00-7:00 p.m.
Parents and students will be able to sign up for PTA Committees, pick up pre-ordered school supply packets, purchase East Side T-shirts, etc.
